Library Policies
AFTER SCHOOL LIBRARY HOURS:
Students are encouraged to use the library and library computer lab after school for research, school assigments and projects and, of course, for book selection and reading for pleasure. Though students will usually have time to check out books during library class, after school is the best time for me to help students find the perfect book to read.
Students are welcome to use the Village School Library after school until 3:00 on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
I will be available at the Veterans School Library after school on Mondays until 3:30.
Students may also use the Veterans School Library after school from 2:30 -3:30 on Tuesday and Wednesday.
CIRCULATION POLICIES:
Students may check out as many books as they need as long as they return or renew them on time.
Our loan period is two weeks. Students may renew books as long as no other patron has requested the book.
As our funding for books is limited, we ask that lost or damged books be replaced or paid for, by cash or check made out to the Village School Library.
